FINANCE MANAGER
• Our client, a manufacturer and dealer of construction materials is looking forward to hire a Finance Manager who will be responsible in ensuring all financial reports are up to standard and assists the Finance Director in the preparation of the company’s annual budget
– Ensure all accounting systems and procedures aid the provision of accurate and reliable financial reporting for management decision making

– Manage team (not less than 10 staff) effectively to maximize their performance, including training plan / succession planning

– Have oversight control of the payable section with responsibility to ensure that all purchases and payments are done in accordance with local regulations and Group procedures (including Delegation of Authority).
– Provide support in ensuring compliance with requirements of the statutory bodies. Eg Tax authorities, seek Tax consultant advice as required to align Company practice with local and international tax requirements

– Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounts and over 6 years of experience in finance in manufacturing industry; Master’s degree will be an added advantage
– Must be ACCA/CPA certified
– Qualified candidate must also have previous audit experience from any of the big 4 audit firms (KPMG, Deloitte & Touche, PwC or Ernst & Young)

Head Maintenance
Position open for Tanzanians and Kenyans
Our client – in recreational and hospitality industry is looking to hire an experienced and qualified individual capable of supervising and provide hands on troubleshooting for the hotel
– Will be responsible for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing duties by liaising with local authorities for electrical, water and municipal purposes for seamless functioning of units

– Align the team with a clear strategy of seamless operation; Train, hand-hold and multi-task the team for maximizing the output of skilled manpower and Propose growth path for the juniors in the team for career enhancement as well as Keep the team motivated and upbeat for tackling all engineering issue

– Propose and put in place annual maintenance budget guidelines for engineering department for H1 and H2, and be part of the ABP discussions for the hotel
– Put in place a PPM for all PEP related equipment for fire alarms, sensors and sprinkler system, ACs as well as generators for the gensets and PPM for main kitchen and bakery for all gadgets and equipments

– Have sound understanding of all fire, life and safety related issues – ranging from extinguishers, hose reels and evacuation methodology as well as of VRV AC and ensure that condensation is eradicated and ambient temperature is maintained in all zones.
– Layout and review periodically the systems and procedures that have a direct ramification on the environment such as waste disposal, industrial affluent, sewage and garbage room temperature controls


– Ensure the lap pool is in order at all times and put in place procedures and measurable factors to reduce wastage and liaise with TANESCO for all notifications related to outages, tariff and auxiliary support
– Have a clear understanding of international OSHA guidelines
